Our Guarantee

PlayPlex provides warranty coverage for products and services that meet our quality standards at time of delivery. Our warranty applies only to issues directly caused by PlayPlex services or products.
Warranty coverage is conditional and subject to verification that issues were not caused by customer actions, violations of game terms of service, or misuse of our products.
All warranty claims require investigation and approval. PlayPlex reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet our warranty criteria or result from customer negligence.

What's Covered (Subject to Verification)

• Account Security: Protection against bans/compromises directly caused by PlayPlex services only. Customer must provide account access and prove non-violation of terms.
• Service Delivery: Delivery within timeframes when technically feasible. Delays due to game updates, maintenance, or customer-provided incorrect information are not covered.
• Product Authenticity: Replacement only if proven that product was not as described at time of delivery and issue was not caused by customer actions.
• Performance Guarantee: Rank/level guarantee applies only when customer provides account access and follows all instructions. Customer violations void this guarantee.

Warranty Periods

• Standard Warranty: 30 days for all gaming accounts and services (6x longer than Eldorado's 5-day warranty)
• Extended Warranty: Up to 6 months available for premium accounts and services
• Lifetime Warranty: Available for select premium accounts with continuous protection

Warranty Claims Process

1. Contact support within 24 hours of discovering the issue. Late reports may void warranty coverage.
2. Provide complete account access, purchase details, and evidence that the issue was not customer-caused. Our team will investigate within 24-48 hours.
3. If approved, we'll provide replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and subject to our refund policy.

Warranty Exclusions - Customer Fault Examples

Warranty is VOID if customer: • Violated game TOS (toxic behavior, cheating, exploitation) • Shared account credentials with others • Used unauthorized software/scripts • Changed account details without authorization • Engaged in activities that triggered game security systems • Failed to follow our usage instructions • Played on VPN/proxy without approval • Used account for commercial purposes • Attempted chargebacks or payment disputes.
Additional exclusions: • Account bans due to customer behavior (flaming, griefing, etc.) • Issues caused by customer's internet/hardware • Game updates that affect functionality • Regional restrictions • Third-party software conflicts • Customer negligence or misuse • Any action that violates our Terms of Service.
